COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC800SLT001A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gefran products, including obsoleted and phased-out Glastron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 General-Eastern product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gefran such as the PADL100275L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TK461 manufactured by Glastron and we are pleased to be able to service most Glastron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RH21S by Manufacturer General-Eastern as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Grovegear Brand GRVL81820RU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grant such as P18 equipment made by Grant have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grant products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grant" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M326MP03M15D000 made by Gefran as well as the popular P1858084L original spares produced by George-Kovacs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 175Z7371 by Graham and P18 spares by Grant are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPS2PM0500H00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Greco. |
